3. Formation of Contract
A binding contract is formed when LBE INC LTD accepts a Booking and issues written confirmation by email or other documented means. Verbal agreements are not binding unless subsequently confirmed in writing. Quotations are valid for the period stated or thirty days if no period is specified. We reserve the right to decline Bookings at our discretion including where Services cannot be safely delivered, required resources are unavailable, or proposed terms present unreasonable risk.
4. Service Descriptions
Service descriptions on lbeinc.guru and in marketing materials are indicative. Specific scope, deliverables, timing, and pricing are defined in Booking confirmations. Personal care services may include grooming assistance, appointment coordination, and wellness scheduling support. Professional laundry services include collection, cleaning, pressing, repair coordination, and delivery of garments and textiles according to care label specifications and agreed handling instructions. Lifestyle concierge services encompass errand completion, vendor coordination, travel preparation assistance, event support, and daily task management as specified in individual task briefs.
5. Client Obligations
Clients must provide accurate information during booking and service delivery including contact details, access instructions, garment care labels, allergy information, and task requirements. Clients must ensure safe access to premises for scheduled visits and inform us of hazards including aggressive pets, unsafe structures, or restricted areas. Clients must disclose items requiring special handling including delicate fabrics, heirlooms, items with sentimental value, and garments with known defects. Failure to disclose material information may affect service outcomes and liability allocation.
6. Access and Security
Where Services require property access, clients may provide keys, codes, or attendance arrangements. LBE INC LTD applies secure key custody procedures but cannot guarantee against unauthorised third-party access to credentials stored at client request. Clients should change access codes following service termination where codes were shared. We are not liable for pre-existing security vulnerabilities at client premises.
7. Pricing and Payment
Prices are stated in pounds sterling unless otherwise agreed. Quotations may be fixed or estimated depending on service type. Laundry pricing may depend on item count, fabric type, treatment requirements, and turnaround time. Concierge tasks may be priced hourly, per task, or under retainer arrangements. Payment terms are specified in Booking confirmations. Standard terms require payment upon completion for ad hoc services or according to agreed billing cycles for retainer clients. Late payment may incur interest at eight percent above the Bank of England base rate per annum pursuant to the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998 where applicable. We may suspend Services for overdue accounts exceeding fourteen days.
8. Deposits and Retainers
Certain Services may require deposits or retainer fees payable in advance. Deposits for scheduled Services are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within the cancellation window defined in Section 12 unless we resell the capacity or agree otherwise at our discretion. Retainer fees cover agreed monthly hours or task allocations and unused allocations may expire according to retainer terms stated in confirmation documents.
9. Service Scheduling and Turnaround
We endeavour to meet agreed schedules but time estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed in writing. Laundry turnaround times depend on item complexity, volume, and partner facility capacity. Concierge tasks are scheduled based on personnel availability and task priority. Force majeure events may delay Services without liability as described in Section 28.
10. Collection and Delivery
Garment collection and delivery services operate within agreed geographic zones centred on London. Clients must ensure items are available at agreed collection points and accessible for delivery. Missed collections due to client unavailability may incur redelivery fees. We inspect items at intake and document visible conditions. Discrepancies between intake records and client expectations must be reported within twenty-four hours of collection.
11. Garment Care and Limitations
We clean garments according to care labels and agreed instructions using professional methods and industry-standard products. Some stains, ageing, and fabric conditions cannot be fully remedied despite best efforts. Shrinkage, colour loss, or damage may occur with delicate, previously damaged, or improperly labelled items despite professional care. Clients accept inherent risks of textile processing for items without reliable care labels or with undisclosed conditions. Compensation for garment damage is limited as described in Section 22.
12. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule Bookings by notifying help@lbeinc.guru or calling +44 7305 112233. Standard cancellation terms: more than forty-eight hours before scheduled Service, no fee; twenty-four to forty-eight hours, fifty percent of quoted fee; less than twenty-four hours, full quoted fee. Specialised Services requiring advance preparation may have extended cancellation windows stated in confirmations. We may cancel or reschedule due to staff illness, severe weather, or operational constraints with prompt client notification and alternative arrangements where feasible.
13. Client Satisfaction and Rework
Clients should inspect delivered garments and completed tasks upon receipt and report quality concerns within forty-eight hours. Valid quality issues will be remedied through rework, credit, or partial refund at our reasonable determination. Claims reported after forty-eight hours may be declined unless exceptional circumstances apply. Rework is limited to the original scope and does not extend to unrelated items or tasks.

Clients with health conditions requiring clinical oversight must consult qualified healthcare providers. Wellness referrals are informational and do not constitute endorsements unless explicitly stated.
15. Concierge Task Boundaries
Concierge Services exclude unlawful activities, activities requiring professional licences we do not hold, financial transactions on client behalf exceeding agreed limits without written authorisation, and tasks presenting unreasonable safety risks. We may decline specific tasks within a broader engagement where they fall outside agreed scope or present unmitigated risk.

Personnel are bound by confidentiality obligations. Confidentiality survives termination of the Agreement for three years except for trade secrets and personal data governed by Privacy Policy retention rules.
19. Insurance
LBE INC LTD maintains appropriate public liability and professional indemnity insurance for our operations. Insurance certificates are available on request. Client-owned property remains the client's responsibility to insure unless separate written custody agreements specify additional coverage for specific high-value items declared in advance.
20. High-Value Items
Garments or items exceeding five hundred pounds in declared value must be disclosed at booking. Undisclosed high-value items are processed at standard liability limits. We recommend separate written agreements and proof of valuation for items exceeding two thousand pounds.
21. Lost Items
We maintain item tracking procedures for laundry and concierge Services. Lost items must be reported promptly. Our liability for lost items is limited to ten times the cleaning charge for that item or the declared value if properly documented, whichever is lower, except where loss results from our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
22. Liability Cap and Exclusions
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LBE INC LTD total aggregate liability under any Agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, and emotional distress except where exclusion is prohibited by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
23. Client Indemnity
Clients indemnify LBE INC LTD against claims arising from inaccurate information provided by the client, unsafe premises conditions not disclosed, client-directed unlawful tasks, and third-party claims related to client Property except to the extent caused by our negligence.
24. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, utility failures, transport disruptions, and industrial action. Affected party must notify the other promptly. Obligations are suspended during force majeure. If force majeure continues beyond thirty days, either party may terminate affected Services without penalty except for Services already rendered.

27. Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing retainer Agreements with thirty days written notice unless otherwise agreed. We may terminate immediately for material breach including non-payment, abusive conduct toward personnel, or repeated access failures. Termination does not affect accrued payment obligations or liabilities arising before termination.
28. Variation
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Material changes apply to new Bookings after publication on lbeinc.guru. Existing confirmed Bookings remain governed by terms in effect at confirmation unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
29. Severability
