What to Expect After Submission
Once your build request is received, our coordination team reviews your message and assigns an initial mapper within one business day. The mapper will contact you by phone or email to schedule a brief intake conversation — typically fifteen to twenty minutes — during which we document your current service components, identify gaps, and recommend a starting block configuration.
For single-block requests such as garment care or errand running, service can typically begin within forty-eight hours of the intake conversation. Full lifestyle assemblies require a specification build period of three to five business days during which your coordinator creates the master build document covering all active modules, connector points, and delivery schedules.
There is no obligation during the initial mapping session. Our goal is to give you a clear picture of how your personal care needs can be structured before any service commitment is made.
